Seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to build and scale modern, high-performance web applications. This role involves hands-on development, UI architecture, and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications.
  • Lead frontend architecture and best practices.
  • Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams.
  • Optimise performance, accessibility, and usability.
  • Mentor team members and review code.

Requirements:

  • 6-8+ years of frontend development experience.
  • Strong expertise in React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
  • Experience with state management (Redux, etc. ).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and modern build tools.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and CI/CD.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles.
