You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.France: €104000 - €106000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Manage a large, site-wide data center construction and delivery organization, managing scopes related to construction projects or capital improvement projects.
- Be responsible for ensuring the development of detailed designs, managing construction (delivery, cost, quality and EHS), commissioning, close-out and hand-off to the operations team. Ensure all customer requirements are being met.
- Establish and maintain various delivery models and global relationships with multiple vendors.
- Create a growth plan and be involved in hiring/recruiting of talent in the areas of project management, field engineering, document control, technical writing, etc.
- Research and implement construction means and methods of data center equipment and facilities. Carry design concepts into mass production and integrate into facilities.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in the construction field.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent industry experience.
- 5 years of experience in construction programs and project delivery of mission-critical facilities over the full project lifecycle.
- Experience with data center equipment/environments, including switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, and fire safety systems.
- Experience with commercial negotiations, contractor procurement and mobilization into delivery.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, with an understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry.
