As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple medium-to-large software engineering programs, ensuring technical and operational improvements directly align with organizational OKRs.
- Drive complex technical projects from requirements to launch, managing schedules, resolving roadblocks, and proactively mitigating risks and dependencies.
- Partner closely with engineering, product management, UX, data science, and go-to-market teams to define, prioritize, and implement key features, infrastructure, and workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering directors, product leaders, and TPM groups to simplify execution, establish best practices, and transform the overall operational effectiveness of the organization.
- Foster shared understanding across teams and communicate program status, technical requirements, and strategic goals effectively to all levels of leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing software engineering/technical portfolios and delivering large-scale business/organizational transformations.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in leveraging AI tools and technology.
- Experience with dashboarding and scripting (SQL) to improve automation and processes.
- Ability to lead technical discussions with engineering leads to resolve complex issues and manage dependencies.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with ease while introducing structure.
