As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The team works closely with functional teams across the supply chain (e.g. sourcing, manufacturing, finance, logistics, etc.) to improve data center readiness through data-driven decisions. Our methods range from working on data curation and interactive visualizations through developing machine-learning (ML) models to automate processes. Also, we develop capabilities that enable self-serve analytics in the organization.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Translate supply chain operational process needs into dynamic analytical models which enable business users to make rapid business decisions.
- Manage all aspects of advanced analytics solution delivery (e.g., ML models, Statistical models, Optimizations, Simulations) including sprint definition, task prioritization, capacity management and progress tracking including change management efforts by developing documentation, training and webinars to enable self-serve analytics for the supply chain.
- Track and clearly communicate complex topics, progress, and impact/outcomes to key stakeholders, leadership, and the supply chain organization.
- Develop and lead a portfolio of complex analytic projects (roadmap) and provide technical and program guidance to other analysts and teams.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in supply chain management and analytics.
Experience with data science, Python, and applied machine learning.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience influencing teams and helping the supply chain business prioritize and define value.
- Knowledge of advanced simulation and modeling tools.
