Gordie’s Auto & Tire is a trusted and growing auto repair company committed to delivering exceptional service and helping people do life. We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team.

As our Shuttle Driver, you will be an important part of the customer experience, helping customers get where they need to go safely and comfortably while their vehicles are being serviced.

Responsibilities

• Safely and promptly transport customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other nearby destinations
• Provide every passenger with a friendly, professional, and comfortable experience
• Assist customers with entering and exiting the vehicle and loading personal belongings when needed
• Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, organized, fueled, and ready for use
• Notify management of any maintenance or safety concerns involving the shuttle
• Follow all traffic laws and prioritize the safety of customers, pedestrians, and other drivers
• Communicate clearly with customers and service advisors regarding pickup times and locations
• Assist with other light shop-related driving or support duties when needed

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on-the-go
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift light objects and assist customers with their belongings
• Familiarity with local roads and routes, ensuring efficient transportation for customers
