Account Manager

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to support business development and client relationship management for our growing data center business across multiple locations. This role will work closely with Chinese-speaking clients and support commercial activities related to data center services, infrastructure solutions, and project opportunities. The Account Manager is expected to understand all data center projects at a level that enables effective client presentation and solution selling. This role will work closely with PMO teams and other key stakeholders including Finance and Legal to support deal evaluation, commercial discussions, contract coordination, and overall project alignment. Candidates with strong Mandarin and English communication skills are highly preferred due to the target client base.

Key

Responsibilities Client Relationship & Business Development - Manage relationships with existing and potential clients related to data center services Support business development and commercial activities across multiple project locations Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions Identify business opportunities and support account growth initiatives Maintain strong customer engagement and relationship management Commercial Coordination & Solution Selling Understand data center projects, service capabilities, and operational readiness across all locations Present data center solutions and service offerings to clients Coordinate internally to gather project, operational, and commercial information required for client discussions Support proposal preparation, solution alignment, and commercial coordination activities Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management Work closely with PMO teams to understand project progress, capabilities, timelines, and operational updates Coordinate with Finance teams regarding pricing, deal evaluation, and profitability analysis Coordinate with Legal teams regarding contracts, commercial agreements, and negotiation support Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment between client expectations and operational capability Sales Operations & Reporting Support sales tracking, pipeline management, and account reporting activities Maintain client records, commercial documentation, and sales updates Provide regular account and opportunity updates to Sales leadership Support strategic sales planning and market expansion activities

Requirements

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field Minimum 7 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales within IT, cloud, big data, infrastructure, or data center industries Strong understanding of technology solutions and data center services Native or fluent Mandarin communication skills are required Fluent English communication skills are required Strong client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management capability Experience working in multinational or regional business environments is preferred Candidates willing to relocate to Thailand are preferred
