ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer (React Native + Expo) to lead the development of reliable, high-performance mobile applications used daily by parents, teachers, and schools across India.

In this role, you will take ownership of our mobile app architecture, drive best practices using React Native with Expo, and collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and AI teams.

Your work will directly impact real-world education workflows such as admissions, communication, learning journeys, and school operations — at scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILTY

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile applications using React Native with Expo
• Own the mobile app architecture, technical decisions, and long-term maintainability
• Translate product requirements, wireframes, and UI/UX designs into high-quality mobile experiences
• Integrate REST APIs, real-time services, and backend systems smoothly
• Ensure applications are performant, responsive, and stable across Android and iOS devices
• Leverage Expo APIs (Camera, Media, File System, Notifications, etc.) effectively
• Manage Expo EAS builds, OTA updates, and release workflows
• Identify and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, and crash issues
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code aligned with engineering standards
• Lead code reviews and raise overall mobile code quality
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a strong mobile engineering culture
• Collaborate within Agile teams to plan, estimate, and deliver features iteratively
• Continuously improve mobile development workflows, tooling, and developer experience
