Compensation: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed LPC, LMFT, or LICSW to provide high-quality behavioral health services to clients throughout West Virginia through a fully remote telehealth model. The therapist will be responsible for conducting initial evaluations, providing individual therapy, developing and updating treatment plans, and monitoring client progress throughout care. This position offers a structured weekday schedule while allowing clinicians to practice independently within an established virtual care environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and identify appropriate treatment priorities
- Provide individual psychotherapy through secure telehealth services
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client needs
- Monitor progress and modify treatment strategies when clinically appropriate
- Coordinate care with other providers and participate in clinical consultation as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation in accordance with applicable standards and requirements
Requirements
- Licensed as a LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in West Virginia
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
- Experience in community, telehealth, or outpatient behavioral settings
- Technically proficient and able to use EHR platforms effectively
- Organized, responsive, and clinically focused
