About the Role
As Central Planning & Process Control Manager at RAB, you’ll own two connected parts of our driver rental operation. The first is how we plan it: the right vehicles, drivers and people in the right place at the right time. The second is how we control it: clear processes, reliable data, and deviations caught before they turn into losses. You’ll turn demand signals, fleet data and team capacity into one operating plan. You’ll also build the process and control framework that makes sure the plan is carried out correctly, from driver onboarding and vehicle deployment to payments, support and collection. You’ll lead a small team of planners and Process Controllers, and your work directly drives fleet utilization, activation targets and leakage reduction across thousands of drivers in Jabodetabek. You’ll work closely with Business Operations leadership, Acquisition/Onboarding, Driver Support, Vehicle Ops, Fleet Partners, Finance/Collection, and the internal tools (RABOS) team.
What you will do
Build and own the weekly and monthly operating plan: driver activation targets, vehicle allocation across pools and partners, and frontline team capacity.
Forecast vehicle supply (incoming units, migrations, returns, units in service or repair) against driver demand, and flag gaps early.
Plan vehicle deployment and redeployment to maximize utilization and minimize idle days, including handover, service and return schedules.
Run the planning cadence (weekly planning meetings, plan vs. actual tracking) and run scenario analyses to support management decisions.
Own RAB’s process and control framework: the end-to-end process map, a clear owner and source of truth for each step, and SOPs built into RABOS and FMS rather than left as static documents.
Design control points and KPIs (utilization, idle vehicle days, activation vs. target, SLA, ticket aging, reconciliation gaps, no-show rates) and report on them through dashboards.
Lead investigations of process deviations and losses (e.g. unreconciled payments, mis-routed tickets, idle or mis-allocated vehicles) and drive corrective actions to closure.
Run periodic process audits and data reconciliations between operational systems and finance records.
Lead, coach and develop a team of planners and Process Controllers.
Work with product/tech to automate planning inputs, allocation rules, controls and access rights inside our tools.
Govern process and plan changes: lead rollouts (training, communication to teams and drivers) and run post-launch reviews.

What you will need
5+ years of experience in operations planning, supply/demand or fleet planning, business process improvement, operations excellence, or audit, with at least 2 years leading a team.
Hands-on experience in both planning (forecasting, capacity and allocation) and process control (SOPs, process mapping, audits and reconciliation).
Strong data skills: advanced spreadsheets (pivot, lookup, forecasting models, reconciliation); SQL or BI tools are a strong plus.
Structured problem-solving: able to turn messy, multi-source data into a simple plan, find the root causes of deviations, and push practical, tool-based fixes.
Strong stakeholder management: able to influence leadership, partners and frontline teams, and to make trade-off calls with incomplete data.
Experience in rental, fleet, mobility, logistics or high-volume operations is a plus.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and good working English; based in or able to work in Tangerang - Ciater.
