Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
Drives revenue maximization, market expansion, and strategic momentum across priority enterprise segments by defining, executing, and optimizing tailored segment strategies and initiatives.
Enterprise Segmentation & Prioritization
- Define and maintain enterprise segmentation frameworks, categorizing accounts and users by growth potential, lifetime value, and revenue contribution.
- Continuously evaluate enterprise segments to optimize resource allocation and focus cross-functional team efforts on high-yield segments.
- Analyze segment performance data, health metrics, and patterns to continuously refine enterprise targeting and segmentation models.
Strategic Planning & Revenue Optimization
- Develop tailored strategies targeting priority enterprise segments to drive sustainable revenue growth, achieve business targets, and mitigate risk.
- Translate enterprise segment strategies into actionable inputs for Sales, Customer Success, Enterprise Marketing, Risk, Product, and Operations.
- Establish and track segment performance metrics including loan book growth and total revenue contribution.
- Consolidate insights into scalable playbook models to facilitate knowledge sharing and enable continuous improvement.
Market Positioning & Value Proposition Expansion
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery sessions to position enterprise solutions effectively across new segments.
- Adapt and refine core value propositions and frameworks to address segment-specific requirements.
Qualifications: Skills & Experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Proven track record in defining strategies, leading high-value projects, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong cross-functional management, project coordination, and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in enterprise segment management, commercial strategy, business development, or similar roles, preferably in a fintech, financial services, or tech-enabled services environment operating in a B2B2C model.
