Its technology forecasts demand and drives highly automated factories that assemble millions of boxes with minimal waste. We’re proud to be one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK. Powered by data and a love of food, we’re a recipe box company that’s disrupting the sector, and we’re passionate about our diverse team and our customers.

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers to coordinate priorities and minimise operational downtime
  • Plan and execute routine Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and repairs for site infrastructure
  • Track performance to identify operational issues, plan corrective actions, and allocate necessary time and resources during plant downtime
  • Review project, improvement, and infrastructure PPM activities with engineering leadership to ensure processes remain fit for purpose
  • Maintain condition-based monitoring activities to support early issue detection, plan resolutions, and conform to insurance requirements
  • Partner with the Site Engineering Manager to deliver, review, and improve key engineering performance metrics
  • Manage contractors by reviewing Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS), issuing Permits to Work (PTW), and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards
  • Support the creation, implementation, and training of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for engineering and technical operators
