GoYourTrip is a travel company based in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. We help travelers plan and book customized domestic and international holiday packages, family and group tours, honeymoon trips and pilgrimage journeys.

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings. You will talk to customers, understand their travel needs, suggest suitable packages and follow up until the booking is closed.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, email and website forms
• Understand customer requirements such as destination, budget, dates and group size
• Recommend and explain suitable travel packages
• Prepare and share quotations and itineraries
• Follow up with leads regularly to close bookings
• Maintain lead status and customer details in the CRM
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth trip delivery
• Meet monthly sales targets and give timely updates

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in travel, tourism or inside sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Confident on calls and good at following up
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel or Google Sheets
• Target-driven, with a customer-first attitude
• Knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations is a plus
