Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Country GrabKios Commercial Manager to own the end-to-end commercial performance and strategy for Digital Goods across Indonesia. In this leadership role, you will hold ultimate accountability for achieving national targets across Revenue, MTU (Monthly Transacted Merchants), transaction productivity, GMV, and product margin targets. You will be responsible for defining segment-specific merchant strategies, mastering regional supply chain dynamics, and designing sophisticated trade schemes for both reseller and retailer networks. This role is required to strengthen GrabKios' national market position and orchestrate seamless execution between central business units and regional field operations. In return, you will gain exposure as a national business leader, direct top-tier industry partnerships, and shape the commercial trajectory of GrabKios nationwide.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• National Commercial Strategy & P&L Ownership: Formulate and execute nationwide commercial strategies, aligning national frameworks with local execution to achieve Revenue, MTU, GMV, productivity, and gross margin targets across all merchant segments.
• Sales Pipelines & Kiosk Expansion: Design robust regional sales pipelines, lead kiosk coverage expansion across all territories, and manage regional special projects to accelerate market penetration.
• Supply Chain, Competitor Intelligence & Key Networks: Gather and act on deep regional competitor intelligence, master DG supply chain dynamics, and leverage industry networks to establish strategic partnerships with key market players.
• Trade Schemes & ASM Enablement: Conceptualize tailored trade programs (reseller vs. retailer) and empower Area Sales Managers (ASMs) with tools, insights, and support to acquire top-tier key player merchants.
• Cross-Functional & Matrix Leadership: Orchestrate alignment across internal stakeholders-including Head Office DG business owners, HQ Ops leads, and regional Area Sales Managers-ensuring seamless operational and commercial execution nationwide.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Minimum 8+ years of commercial, business development, or sales experience within the PPOB, Telco, DG Aggregator, or Fintech payment industries, including at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing national or multi-region commercial performance (Revenue, MTU, GMV) with experience designing sales pipelines, executing expansion strategies, and delivering special projects.
• Extensive industry network and deep understanding of Digital Goods supply chain dynamics, regional competitor intelligence, and key market players across Indonesia.
• Expertise in designing targeted trade schemes (reseller vs. retailer) and enabling regional sales forces (ASMs) to acquire top-tier key accounts.
• Mature leadership capability with strong emotional intelligence (leading by example and humility) and a proven track record in cross-functional matrix alignment.
