Misión del Cargo:

Realizar la captación de clientes para conseguir proyectos grandes o constructoras

Actividades del cargo:

Asesorar de manera técnica y en diseño en obra u oficina

Atención al cliente en el centro de ventas

Captar clientes en obra mediante visitas y cumplir el presupuesto de ventas

Brindar atención postventa para verificar la satisfacción del cliente

Registrar y dar seguimiento oportuno a todas las oportunidades y actividades comerciales en el CRM (uso indispensable)

Promover y desarrollar negocios en líneas complementarias, como pegantes, sistemas de instalación, griferías y sanitarios

Requisitos:

Carrera Universitaria completa Arquitecto, Ingeniero civil o carreras administrativas

Conocimientos del área de la construcción

Experiencia:

De 3 a 4 años en cargos similares
