About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager - Infrastructure / SRE to lead technical teams while shaping the evolution of cloud infrastructure, reliability, automation, and platform architecture. The role combines people management, technical leadership, cloud strategy, SRE practices, and long-term infrastructure planning.

Contract: PERMANENT - CDI

Model: Onsite, 4 days week!

Location: Paris, France (75007)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support engineers, ensuring delivery aligns with technical and business priorities.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and development of infrastructure talent.
• Drive the evolution of cloud and infrastructure architecture.
• Define technical priorities across reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Promote automation, resilience, observability, and operational excellence.
• Contribute to the medium- and long-term technology roadmap.
• Guide decisions around software platforms, security protocols, and scaling strategies.
• Coordinate SRE and reliability initiatives across the organization.
• Improve engineering practices, technical standards, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of relevant infrastructure / platform / SRE experience.
• At least 4 years of experience managing or operationally leading technical teams.
• Strong experience designing and optimizing complex cloud architectures for high-volume or business-critical systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with virtualization, containerization, and serverless infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and production reliability.
