The Granicus Experience Group (GXG) is Granicus’ in-house digital agency, a cross-functional team of strategists, analysts, communicators and Granicus technology experts focused on customer experience and digital communications. We leverage best-in-class human-centered practices and a design-thinking approach to help our federal, state and local government customers better connect with the people they serve. We discover better insights, build better experiences, and achieve better outcomes.

GXG is a fast-growing agency at a high-growth tech company, seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to serve as a leading technical expert for analytics engineering and analytics-ready data architecture supporting GXI Enterprise (GXI-E), our advanced analytics platform.

This role independently solves highly complex and ambiguous data challenges and sets standards and best practices that influence analytics delivery across GXG. The Sr. Analytics Engineer designs, governs, and evolves scalable analytics-ready data solutions that support advanced analytics platform delivery.

Through deep expertise and independent decision-making, this role is ideal for someone who thrives at working with complex data integrations and backend processes, enabling scalable reporting, measurement, and insights that support strategic decision-making and digital experience outcomes for our clients.

You will transform complex, externally sourced data into standardized, reliable models that enable scalable reporting, dashboards, and measurement. By establishing repeatable integration patterns and backend processes, this role improves data readiness, delivery efficiency, and the quality of insights that inform client decision-making and digital experience outcomes.

Strong candidates are subject-matter experts with a systems-thinking mindset who are comfortable influencing cross-functional stakeholders, mentoring through example, and shaping long-term analytics approaches.

Top candidates have a passion for understanding customer behavior, are experts in interpreting data from email, web, social media platforms, and client systems, are comfortable with storytelling with data, and confident presenting to internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates must have a desire to be part of a data-driven, customer-focused, fast-paced team that loves the mission of improving the citizen experience and providing world-class service to government customers.
