General Summary

This position is responsible for providing region wide support and guidance to proposal and project teams in all phases of the planning, development, submission, management, updating and analysis of CPM Schedules to insure conformance with company standard practices & project specifications.

Essential Job Accountabilities

  • Assist and support in:
    • Proposals and Bids • Review project specific scheduling requirements and provide guidance to teams • Technical proposal writing for scheduling subject matter • Design and development of the proposal/bid CPM Schedule
    • New Projects • Design and development of the project schedule • Subcontractor / vendor schedule guidance • Setup of Monthly Updating and Reporting procedures
    • Existing Projects • Provide Monthly Update support and guidance • Recognition and analysis of project impacts and delays • Provide support to project scheduling engineers • Development and maintenance of Project Controls procedures and Primavera P3/P6 desktop procedures
    • Scheduling Procedures and Software • Development of scheduling standards and procedures • Development and implementation of P6 Web tool
    • Provide software tool training

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (or comparable discipline) or equivalent combination of training and experience

Work Experience

  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in a related position

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Demonstrated proficiency of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Access
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Primavera (P3/P6)
  • JD Edwards and One World experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of construction industry
  • Good written and oral communication skills to effectively disseminate information
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a close attention to detail
  • Self-starter; able to seek out resources and structure own workflow
  • Ability to work well with all levels of staff, as well as external customers

Benefits may vary for positions located outside of the continental United States.

Base Salary Range:

$91,944.00 - $137,916.00

Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
