Обязанности:
  • Работа с поступающими от пользователей 1С задачами;
  • Консультирование пользователей по возникающим вопросам;
  • Тестирование выполненных задач программистами;
  • Написание инструкций;
  • Получение обратной связи от пользователей по результатам выполненных задач;
  • Участие во внедрении доработок, в т.ч. в рамках проектов 1С;
  • Корректировка данных в базах 1С в рамках запуска проектов (коррекция документов, справочников и т.д.);
  • Формулировка руководителю проблем и задач в результате разборов проблем пользователей;
Требования:
  • Опыт работы с программными продуктами 1С от 1 года;
  • Написание технических требований, ТЗ, отчетов;
  • Консультирование пользователей программ 1С;
  • Образование высшее техническое / экономическое;
  • Знание основной линейки программных продуктов 1С;
  • Знание основ бухучета;
  • Понимание вопросов и процессов по прибыли и НДС в 1С:ERP.
  • Знание механизмов закрытия месяца
  • Коммуникабельность, доброжелательность, стрессоустойчивость;
  • Умение доносить сложную информацию понятным пользовательским языком;
