Обязанности:
  • Подготовка нового рабочего места (установка ОС AstraLinux, Windows, подключение на рабочем месте)
  • Установка/удаление ПО.
  • Ввод компьютеров домен.
  • Устранение сбоев в работе ПК.
  • Поиск решения проблем в работе различных информационных систем.
  • Работа с клиент-банками.
  • Взаимодействие с технической поддержкой банков (при необходимости)
  • Уверенные знания Microsoft Office.
  • Консультирование по базовым функциям Microsoft Office.
  • Устранение неисправностей в работе Microsoft Office в том числе и Outlook.
  • Настройка периферийных устройств.
  • Настройка орг.техники (МФУ, сканеры, принтеры)
  • Устранение неисправностей орг.техники.
  • Знание назначения DHCP, DNS, IMAP, POP3, HTTP, HTTPS.
  • Ведение отчетности о проделанной работе в HP SM.
Требования:

  • Опыт работы сотрудником техподдержки от 2-х лет.

  • Высокие коммуникативные навыки.

  • Навыки ведения деловой переписки, переговоров.

  • Проактивный подход к процессу.
