Database Administrator

Description: Participation in designing IT systems and infrastructure.
Monitoring installed systems and infrastructure operations.
Configuration and administration of technology/systems including hardware and operating systems.
Providing technical solutions for computer applications and systems to teams, customers, and end users.
Delivering comprehensive technical support to user support staff.
Developing integrated solutions covering hardware, software, system infrastructure, and backup/recovery.
Managing incidents and requests within the defined technology environment.
Maintaining service quality through organizational standards enforcement.
Bachelor Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
Minimum 2 years in a related position.
SQL Database or equivalent database knowledge.
Data backup and recovery software expertise.
Must be able to troubleshoot and solve computer problems.
Network understanding and basic TCP/IP (OSI Model) knowledge.
Customer service orientation.
Team collaboration ability.
Good communication skills.
English proficiency advantageous.
Ability to perform under pressure with tight deadlines.
