Finance Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization, ensuring effective financial planning, management, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial strategies and supporting business growth through sound financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all financial operations within the company.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity requirements in collaboration with the treasury team.
• Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and compliance with accounting standards.
• Ensure tax compliance and liaise with tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to optimize financial processes.
• Present financial results and insights to senior management and stakeholders regularly.
• Assist in financial due diligence and contribute to transaction documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in multinational companies.

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards including IFRS and local GAAP.

- Proficiency in advanced Excel and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or PeopleSoft is advantageous.

- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and external partners.
