SDET - 1 (Java)

As a Software Development Engineer in Test I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our robotic automation solutions. You will collaborate with software developers and other testers to design, implement, and execute test plans and test cases. Your work will involve developing automated test frameworks, writing test scripts, and performing both functional and performance testing on our software products. You will also be responsible for identifying, documenting, and tracking defects while ensuring timely resolution. This role will allow you to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to building innovative technologies that transform supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automated test scripts for new and existing features.
• Create and maintain test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
• Execute manual and automated test cases and report on testing progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects.
• Participate in design and code reviews to improve overall quality and testing processes.
• Analyze test results, document findings, and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing methodologies.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e. g., Git).
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Tools Required:

• JUnit, TestNG, or other testing frameworks.
• Build tools like Maven or Gradle.
