Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in NOC operations, Incident Management, or IT service management (ITSM).
- Good communication skill is must.
- Strong knowledge of database concepts, SQL and Linux commands.
- Deep familiarity with monitoring systems, ticket management systems (Jira, Salesforce etc)
- Overseeing ticket triage, managing critical alerts, leading scheduled maintenance activities, facilitating incident war rooms.
- Perform regular system maintenance activities, post-activity health checks, and preventive maintenance while optimizing window downtime to minimize service disruption.
- Respond to, triage, and resolve complex end-user and system support requests in strict alignment with defined SLAs.
- Enforce triage SOPs to minimize misrouted tickets and conduct shift-end backlog reviews to maintain zero unassigned queue items.
- Execute alert monitoring strictly through technical runbooks to eliminate missed alerts and reduce SLA breach rates.
