JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Aspira has an immediate opening for an experienced Concierge! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Concierge plays a critical role in our success.Welcome to Aspira, a 325 unit luxury high-rise apartment complex located in Belltown Seattle. Aspira was built with the resident in mind, focusing on creating a community atmosphere with the lowest impact possible on our environment. Aspira was Seattle's' first 4 Star Built Green high-rise, built to help protect our beautiful Pacific Northwest environment.
Organizes, coordinates, and implements various resident services and programs and acts as an information source for and help to residents related to local market resources.
The days off for this position will be either Tuesday/Wednesday OR Wednesday/Thursday.

What your day might look like
Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member.
Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member
Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival
Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning.
Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors.

The hourly range for this position is $21.50 - $23.00
Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
- Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
- Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
