JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Weekend Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and prospective residents, creating a welcoming and exceptional experience within the community. This role supports the lifestyle coordinator, resident activities, and engagement programs while acting as a trusted resource for information and assistance.

Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultant(s), the Weekend Concierge plays an important role in supporting the sales and leasing process by delivering outstanding customer service, assisting with prospect tours, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring a seamless move-in experience for new residents. The Weekend Concierge also supports weekend marketing and outreach initiatives, helping to showcase the community's lifestyle, amenities, and resident experience.

Through proactive resident interaction, attention to detail, and strong administrative support, this role contributes to the community's occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while fostering a positive and engaging living environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area, and ensure the comforts of prospects and
  • visitors while they wait to speak with a team member.
  • Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance, and assists with completed
  • service request call backs as necessary.
  • Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival and manages and
  • coordinates the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs.
  • Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning.
  • Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries • within 24 hours.
  • Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and/or other services provided by the
  • community.
  • Assists the community team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
  • Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that
  • may be of interest to residents and maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
