A bit about Team

You are an experienced Salesforce Administrator who enjoys building scalable solutions that help teams work more efficiently. You have a strong understanding of Salesforce administration, automation, reporting, and data management, and you are passionate about improving business processes through technology. You are a proactive problem-solver who can balance technical expertise with strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively support users and partner with stakeholders across the organization. The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of GroundTruth’s Salesforce platform. This role will manage user access, system configuration, automation, reporting, data integrity, and platform enhancements while serving as a trusted partner to business teams. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering reliable, scalable Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and support business growth.

You will:

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, security settings, and access controls
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and business workflows to support business needs.
  • Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Design and maintain complex, multi-step Case workflows spanning cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Ad Operations).
  • Take ownership of Apex-based customizations and integrations currently supported by an external development vendor, with the goal of reducing reliance on outside development support over time.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide meaningful business insights, KPIs, and data-driven decision support.
  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce support by troubleshooting system issues, resolving user requests, maintaining documentation, and delivering user training when needed
  • Manage data quality through imports, exports, mass updates, data cleansing, and governance practices while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Support Salesforce integrations, deployment activities, and platform enhancements by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure reliable system performance and continuous improvement.

You have:

  • University degree or requisite professional certification (ADM 201) and/or (PD1)
  • 3+ years of experience of Salesforce administration
  • Apex development experience including triggers, classes, and test coverage; familiarity with SOAP/REST API integrations and debugging tools (e.g., Postman); understanding of governor limits, bulkification, and deployment/release practices (sandboxes, change sets or CI/CD).
  • Experience with Data Loader and declarative rollup tools (e.g., DLRS) for cross-object data management.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects.
  • Expert knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning experience.
  • Understanding of Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party applications.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
