Grover is a Berlin company founded in 2015 that rents consumer electronics by monthly subscription. Its technology handles risk scoring, device refurbishment and circular reuse of returned hardware. The company operates in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Spain and the United States.

About Grover

Founded in 2015, Grover enables consumers and businesses across Europe to subscribe to tech devices and comprehensive technology solutions - from individual smartphones, laptops, and wearables to full corporate device setups. The company offers access to over 1,000 unique tech items on flexible and financially convenient terms. A pioneer of the circular economy, Grover refurbishes and recirculates devices to help eliminate e-waste.

To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a Sr. Product Data Analyst to join our talented Product Team at our Berlin HQ (3 days per week - Tuesday-Thursday).

Reporting to the Product Director, you will act as a key strategic partner for Product, Engineering, and Design, with a specialized focus on optimizing our Acquisition and Retention domains. You will be responsible for enabling data-inspired product decisions that lift Grover’s user experience to a new level and have a considerable business impact. You foster an environment where data is leveraged effectively to shape product strategy, identify opportunities, and measure success. You do so by ensuring each team has access to the right data, delivering high-quality analyses that uncover actionable insights, and championing best practices in experimentation and data-inspired decision-making.

  What you will contribute:

  • Domain Expertise: Serve as the primary data partner for the Acquisition and Retention domains, uncovering insights that drive growth and long-term customer loyalty.
  • Advanced Experimentation: Own the end-to-end A/B testing lifecycle using our experimentation platform, Eppo, ensuring statistical reliability and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Insights: Support and consult on company-wide decision-making through deep-dive product insights and behavioral analysis.
  • KPI Management: Contribute to defining and maintaining Grover's PIs/KPIs, ensuring they are socialized and understood by key stakeholders.
  • Roadmap Expansion: Drive new high-impact use cases by collaborating with Data Platform, Engineering, and Product teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

What you bring:

  • Analytic Power: A strong background in Product Analytics, ideally in fast-paced scale-up eCommerce and/or digital subscription environments, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights.
  • Domain Versatility: Ability and excitement to work across different domains; prior experience supporting Acquisition and Retention is considered a strong plus.
  • Technical Stack: High proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. Familiarity with Segment is a plus.
  • Experimentation Rigor: Proven experience designing and running A/B tests (experience with Eppo is a significant advantage) and measuring the impact of new features.
  • AI Adaptability: An "AI-first" mindset with an openness to using tools like Claude to fast-track reporting, enhance documentation, and optimize analytical processes.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills - you can take a complex question from a vague idea to a structured, delivered insight.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for both technical and commercial stakeholders.

The Grover Way - How We Drive Success:

  • Own It:  We take ownership seriously and define what success looks like. We drive shared ownership and don't wait - we drive. We keep one another accountable and take responsibility when issues arise.
  • Challenge, Decide, and Commit: We engage in proactive support, active listening, and healthy conflict to reach the best outcomes. We value diverse perspectives and, once a decision is made, we commit to it fully.
  • Empower and Grow:  We enable, trust, and coach one another toward high performance, always thinking and acting like owners. We seek growth, apply feedback, and support the development of our peers.
  • Respect, Transparency, and Clarity:  We strive for clear, respectful, and open communication with no surprises. We simplify complex information so everyone knows the "what, why, and how".

What you will love about us:

  • BVG monthly discount to drive you everywhere in Berlin
  • Virtual or In-person Coaching Sessions with the Fürstenberg Institut
  • Physical health support with Urban Sports Club
  • Annual learning budget of 750€
  • 15 remote business days per year to work abroad
  • Exclusive Grover Tech discount for you & your loved ones
  • Engaging, open office located in Berlin-Schöneberg with regular events
  • A diverse global team of 75 nationalities (and counting!) - genuinely the nicest group of colleagues who will soon become friends

Embark on a rewarding journey with the Grover Rocketship, where your impact is felt, and together, we cultivate a more circular world.

Grover is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and welcome every applicant, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or background.

We are looking forward to e-meeting you!
