UI Developer/Lead

Notice period : Immediate to 45 Days

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js.

- Lead UI development initiatives and contribute to frontend architecture and technical design decisions.

- Build reusable, maintainable, and modular UI components following frontend engineering best practices.

- Use AI coding agents such as AMP, Claude Code, or similar tools to improve development productivity and engineering efficiency.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and maintainability.

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers.

- Troubleshoot complex UI, functional, and performance-related issues.

- Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

- Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, QA teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable software delivery.

- Drive adoption of coding standards, design patterns, testing practices, and frontend engineering best practices.

- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies, development frameworks, and AI-assisted software development practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience in Web UI development with hands-on expertise in ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, and Node.js.

- Strong understanding of frontend engineering best practices, including performance tuning, code profiling, debugging, design patterns, and scalable UI development.

- Experience building reusable and component-based UI architectures.

- Hands-on experience with Cypress, React Testing Library, Cucumber, TDD, and BDD.

- Strong understanding of automated testing and quality engineering practices.

- Proficient in Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Git.

- Experience with code reviews, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web development.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.

- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as AMP, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools is preferred.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

- Experience mentoring developers or leading UI development initiatives is desirable.
