As our new AI Business Value Architect, you will be identifying, designing, and shaping AI opportunities that deliver measurable business impact across Grundfos' demand generation, sales conversion, and customer experience processes.Bridging the gap between strategic vision and deployable AI solutions.
What you will be doing
As a key part of the Digital & Customer Excellence team, you'll create impact by Driving AI-enabled transformation that delivers operational efficiency gains, improved customer experiences, and competitive advantage across four global divisions.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Translate business problems and customer experience gaps into clear, ready-to-develop AI use cases with defined KPIs, value drivers, and measurable success criteria
- Design the business logic behind AI solutions. Shaping data requirements, workflow changes, governance, and operational readiness before development begins
- Own and drive the D&CE AI roadmap, building a robust pipeline of high-value AI opportunities that scale across all four divisions
- Validate feasibility and ROI with process owners, product owners, and data scientists to ensure strategic alignment before investment
- Bridge collaboration between business stakeholders, IS AI & Automation teams, and divisional anchors to accelerate AI portfolio maturity
- Advise D&CE leadership on AI prioritization and investment decisions using data, market trends, and portfolio insights
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a strategic thinker who combines deep understanding of AI capabilities with sharp business acumen. Someone who can see the value in data, articulate it to senior leaders, and architect solutions that move from concept to measurable impact.
We would also imagine that you have:
- Extensiveexperience in AI strategy, business architecture, or digital transformation roles with demonstrated ability to define and shape AI use cases
- Strong understanding of AI/ML capabilities and limitations, with the ability to assess feasibility and translate technical potential into business value
- Proven track record of building AI roadmaps or digital portfolios that delivered measurable outcomes (efficiency, CX improvement, cost reduction)
- Experience working across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups, including senior leadership, IT product teams, and operational process owners
It is a plus if you also:
- Experience within sales, demand generation, or customer service processes in a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and AI governance practices
- Background in consulting or advisory roles focused on AI-enabled business transformation
