Finance manager Q4

We are looking for a professional who will take full ownership of the company’s payment operations - from invoice verification and bank interactions to regular reporting and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly reports (cash flow, payment summaries, financial analytics).
• Work with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and participate in developing new reporting formats.
• Analyze financial data and identify variances and discrepancies.

Payments & Transaction Control

• Verify invoices and prepare payment orders.
• Monitor payment statuses and approvals in Jira.
• Maintain a register of incoming and outgoing payments.
• Monitor transactions and proactively identify and resolve issues.

Bank Interaction

• Communicate with European banks regarding payment-related matters.
• Resolve operational and transactional issues with banks.

Internal Coordination

• Collaborate with other departments on payment and finance-related topics.
• Ensure transparency and accuracy of financial processes.

Management & Processes

• Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and standards.
• Participate in initiatives to improve and automate payment processes.

What We Expect

• Experience in payments, financial operations, or accounting/finance operations.
• Strong skills in working with spreadsheets and financial data.
• Solid understanding of cash flow and payment processes.
• Experience interacting with banks (EU experience is a plus).
• High attention to detail and a structured, analytical mindset.
• Ability to organize work, manage processes, and take ownership.
• Working-level English (written communication with banks).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira or similar task management systems.
• Experience participating in financial process automation.
• Experience managing small teams.
• Knowledge of internal controls and compliance practices.
