Senior Full Stack Developer - Python/Golang/AngularJS

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade applications and automation platforms for IT Infrastructure and Security teams. The ideal candidate will have strong backend and frontend development skills, experience building scalable services and event-driven systems, and hands-on expertise in CI/CD and GitOps-based deployment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain production-grade applications and automation platforms for IT infrastructure and security operations.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Go, leveraging Gin and GORM for Go-based application development.
- Implement asynchronous processing and event-driven workflows using RabbitMQ.
- Build caching and data-handling solutions using Redis to improve application performance and responsiveness.
- Develop responsive frontend applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Angular 17 or later.
- Implement reactive application behaviour using RxJS and integrate code-editing functionality using Monaco Editor.
- Integrate frontend components with backend services through REST APIs and ensure reliable data exchange.
- Design, implement, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
- Implement GitOps-based deployment and configuration management workflows using Flux CD and Kustomize.
- Develop reusable components, automation workflows, and platform integrations to improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and deployment issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure system reliability.
- Apply software engineering best practices for code quality, security, testing, maintainability, and performance optimisation.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, and product teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 5 - 10 years of experience in full-stack development, software engineering, or application development.
- Strong backend development experience using Python and/or Go.
- Hands-on experience with Gin and GORM for Go-based backend development.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with RabbitMQ and Redis.
- Strong frontend development skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Angular 17+.
- Hands-on experience with RxJS and reactive programming concepts.
- Familiarity with Monaco Editor integration and custom editor-based interfaces.
- Experience designing and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of GitOps principles and hands-on exposure to Flux CD and Kustomize.
- Knowledge of automated testing, version control, debugging, and software development best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across engineering, infrastructure, and security teams.
