The Opportunity

As our Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting GTE as an employer of choice by creating compelling recruitment campaigns, optimizing job advertisements, and driving candidate engagement across multiple platforms. You'll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to attract high-quality talent while continuously improving our employer branding efforts.

A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Marketing Specialist at GTE

• Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

• Create compelling job advertisements and recruitment content that attracts qualified candidates.

• Manage job postings across job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.

• Strengthen GTE's employer brand through engaging content, employee stories, and recruitment initiatives.

• Collaborate with recruiters to identify hiring priorities and develop targeted sourcing campaigns.

• Monitor recruitment campaign performance and optimize strategies using recruitment data and analytics.

• Manage talent communities and candidate engagement initiatives.

• Support careers page optimization and employer branding projects.

• Research recruitment marketing trends and recommend new strategies to improve hiring outcomes.

• Ensure consistent employer branding across all recruitment communications.

Your Team

You will work closely with the Recruitment and People & Culture teams to develop innovative recruitment marketing strategies that attract exceptional talent and strengthen GTE's employer brand across our global remote organization.

We'd Love to Hear from You If You...

• Have 2+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition marketing, or digital marketing.

• Have experience creating recruitment campaigns for remote or international hiring.

• Have strong copywriting skills for job advertisements and employer branding content.

• Are familiar with LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment marketing tools.

• Have experience analyzing campaign performance using recruitment or digital marketing metrics.

• Have excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.

• Are highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Have a passion for employer branding and candidate experience.

• Are proactive, data-driven, and continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment marketing efforts.

• Are available to work full-time.
