Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our growing international team and help us identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent for our global remote organization.

The Opportunity

As our Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from application to offer.

A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Specialist at GTE

• Manage multiple recruitment processes across various departments.

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

• Review resumes and applications to identify top talent.

• Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates based on role requirements and company values.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and provide recruitment updates.

• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes to increase hiring efficiency and candidate quality.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Time-to-fill open positions.

• Quality of candidate shortlists.

• Interview-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.

• Positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Strong and active talent pipelines.

• Accurate recruitment documentation and ATS records.

Your Team

You will work closely with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to support hiring initiatives across the business. Your work will directly contribute to building a talented, engaged, and high-performing remote workforce.

We'd Love to Hear from You If You...

• Have 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing.

• Have experience recruiting for remote or international teams.

• Are experienced in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.

• Have strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

• Are comfortable managing multiple open roles simultaneously.

• Have experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Are passionate about helping people find great career opportunities.
