Institutional Application Support

• Provide day-to-day application support for Global Markets, FICC, and

Asset Management business lines.

• Maintain and enhance the application monitoring platform to ensure

the stability and reliability of production systems.

• Liaise directly with business users to understand requirements and

translate them into actionable support solutions.

• Collaborate closely with development teams, and third-party vendors

to follow up on production issues and change requests.

• Provide support to the electronic trading platform, with working

knowledge of algorithmic strategies.

• Support the structured product platform, including product setup,pricing/valuation data flow, and lifecycle event

processing.

• Participate in and support the annual Business Continuity Planning

(BCP) and failover testing exercises.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related

discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in application development or support.
• Skills in scripting languages (Python, Shell, and Windows Batch for

task automation and monitoring.

• Experience in Java, SQL, FIX message protocol, Linux.
• Experience in Bloomberg applications such as AIMS/TOMS, MiddleX,

Broadridge OMS.

• Experience in working with other upstream and downstream

applications.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and/or cloud deployment

technologies.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive,

willingness-to-learn attitude.

• A

proactive team player who can communicate clearly and confidently with

fast-paced business stakeholders.

• Excellent

communication skills in both English and Chinese.
