About the Role
Location: MENA Region
Base Location: Remote work (Dubai, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, GCC)
Contract Type: Consultancy Agreement
Language Requirement: Arabic and English (Mandatory)
As our implementation portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking Technical Client Solutions Managers to independently manage API and white-label implementation projects for banks, brokers, and fintech clients. The ideal candidates will have a strong fintech background, solid project management experience, and the ability to lead client implementations from discovery through production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end API and white-label implementation projects.
- Manage client technical onboarding and technical integration activities.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Conduct technical workshops, demonstrations, and client training sessions.
- Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, and Operations teams.
- Manage project plans, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Support UAT, production readiness, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide technical guidance to clients.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Client Solutions, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or Implementation.
- 3+ years of experience in FinTech, Banking, Brokerage, or Capital Markets.
- Strong experience managing REST API implementation projects.
- Experience delivering white-label software implementations.
- Strong project management experience using Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
