Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do
Support data analytics, reporting, and data engineering activities across enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, and business intelligence platforms.
Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines to support reporting and analytics requirements.
Utilize Databricks, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), SQL, and Python to integrate, transform, and validate large datasets.
Perform data quality assessments, troubleshoot data issues, and support data governance efforts through metadata documentation and lineage tracking.
Develop and support BI semantic layers to ensure accurate and scalable reporting solutions.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Tableau, and other enterprise reporting platforms.
Monitor production data pipelines, troubleshoot query performance issues, validate dashboard data, and support ongoing operations and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable data and reporting solutions.
What You Will Need
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
Three (3) or more years of professional experience supporting data analytics, reporting, data engineering, or business intelligence initiatives.
Hands-on experience supporting enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
Strong expertise with:
Databricks
ETL/ELT development and orchestration
Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
SQL
Python
Data integration and transformation
Data quality validation and monitoring
Metadata management and documentation
BI semantic layer development and support
Experience developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, OAS, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Knowledge of production support processes, including pipeline monitoring, issue resolution, defect management, and operational maintenance.

Experience with SEMOSS (Semantic Open Source Software).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business teams.
Experience supporting cloud-based data and analytics environments.
Familiarity with data governance, master data management, and modern data architecture best practices.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise or federal data environments.
