Architect identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions using Okta Identity Governance (OIG) to support identity lifecycle workflows, Joiner-Mover-Leaver architecture, identity governance models, integrations, and policy-driven identity structures.
Design and implement RBAC/ABAC models, segregation of duties (SoD) structures, certification cycles, and governance workflows that align with business and security requirements in OIG.
Architect SCIM/API integrations with authoritative sources and downstream applications to enable secure, scalable identity provisioning and deprovisioning.
Define identity attribute schemas, normalization rules, and lifecycle automation patterns to support consistent, reliable identity data and processes.
Lead engineering direction, solution design reviews, and integration strategy discussions across stakeholders and technical teams.
Ensure identity architecture aligns with Zero Trust principles and identity domain best practices.
Partner with security, application, infrastructure, and business teams to translate requirements into implementable IGA solutions.
What You Will Need:
Minimum of EIGHT (8)+ years of overall work experience.
Experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar identity/security architecture role focused on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) or enterprise ICAM/IGA design.
Hands-on experience with Okta OIG or similar IGA platforms.
Strong knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, SoD, access certifications, and identity lifecycle management concepts.
Experience designing and integrating SCIM/API-based identity solutions with authoritative systems and enterprise applications.
Ability to define identity data models, attribute schemas, and normalization standards.
Demonstrated experience leading technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional engineering discussions.
Understanding of Zero Trust principles and how they apply to identity architecture.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
US Citizenship is contractually required.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience implementing or supporting enterprise identity governance programs at scale.
Prior experience with additional identity platforms, directories, or cloud security tools.
Knowledge of compliance, audit, and access review processes in regulated environments.
Familiarity with workflow automation, policy-based access controls, and identity orchestration patterns.
Certifications in identity, security, or cloud platforms.
