Associate, Business Development

The Business Development team in our Dubai office is seeking an Associate to join and support with building a strong pipeline of prospects across multiple sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on Guidepoint’s growth while gaining exposure to a dynamic, global business model.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct targeted outreach via calls and emails to activate new clients
- Build and nurture relationships between prospective clients and senior BD managers, scheduling meetings to advance opportunities
- Partner with senior BD team members to create compelling content and materials that clearly communicate Guidepoint’s value proposition
- Develop deep company and market knowledge to effectively articulate Guidepoint’s value to clients
- Research target industries, sub-sectors, and companies to identify their challenges and information needs
- Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
- Share actionable client and prospect feedback with leadership to refine outreach
What You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and extracurricular achievement
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in the Middle East
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Solid understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to client relationship management
- Resilient, comfortable making cold calls and engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, capable of engaging high-profile clients
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
- Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and demonstrates initiative
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience using CRM & Sales tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
