- Lead, motivate, and manage the 5G sales team to meet sales targets and ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (Both Volume and Value) for each team member.

- Ensure timely stock availability and coordinate with the logistics team to manage supply.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, tracking progress and identifying growth opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements within the sales team and operations
