Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing strategies across content and social media channels.
• Translate campaign plans into day-to-day marketing activities.
• Maintain and manage the content calendar.
• Coordinate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to publish marketing assets.
• Manage and publish social media posts, blogs, newsletters, creatives, and other content.
• Monitor campaign and social media performance using platform analytics.
• Track engagement, reach, and other key performance metrics.
• Assist with running and optimizing paid campaigns across social media and search platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest social media and digital marketing trends.
• Bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign and content performance.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong ownership and organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple content activities and deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Comfortable working from the office and collaborating with the team.

Good to Have:

• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Experience with graphic design or video editing tools.
• Prior experience in a relevant industry/sector.
