1.统招大专及以上学历，2年以上.Net开发经验，其中1年以上Web全栈开发经验；
2.熟悉.Net平台的各项开发及调试技术；
3.深刻理解ASP.NetMVC,WebAPI,EntityFramework,Dapper；
4.深刻理解Web前端技术，有AngularJs开发经验者优先；
5.深刻理解数据库相关技术，熟悉现行主流数据库；
6.理解软件架构、设计模式；有较强的系统分析与软件设计能力；
7.良好的逻辑思维能力，熟悉业务抽象和数据模型设计，具有很强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情；
8.了解IIS管理，网站部署；熟悉网站、数据库负载均衡等服务器体系架构；
9.良好的团队意识，有较强的内外沟通能力，能适当加班。
