Logistics & Operations Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident with Microsoft Excel, enjoys coordinating with people, and wants to build a career in logistics and operations.
You don't need any prior logistics, supply chain, or operations experience. Ifyou are a quick learner with strong Excel skills, good communication skills, and a proactive attitude, we would love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
As a Logistics & Operations Associate you will learn and support day-to-day logistics operations, including:
Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, production teams, and internal teams.
Track shipments and follow up on pickups and deliveries.
Update shipment status and maintain tracking sheets in Microsoft Excel.
Follow up with transport partners on pending or delayed shipments.
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch.
Maintain shipping records, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and other documents.
Monitor movement of goods and report any discrepancies.
Communicate with different stakeholders regarding shipment updates.
Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports.
Maintain organized records of shipments and logistics documentation.
Assist the team with import/export documentation when required.
Escalate delays, damages, or other operational issues to the reporting manager.
Learn and follow company logistics processes and documentation requirements.

Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel - this is the main technical requirement for the role.

Can coordinate with multiple people and teams.
Are willing to learn logistics and supply chain processes.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through to completion.
Are available to join immediately or at short notice.
Excel Skills We’re Looking For
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory. Candidates should be comfortable using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, data analysis, and other Excel functions for day-to-day work.
