Location: Szczecin/ Rosówek

We are looking for a Purchasing Team Leader to join our team at Gusti Leder in the Purchasing department. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of purchasing professionals to ensure the efficient procurement of goods and services for our company.
Your Mission:
Communication with producers: You are the direct contact for our producers, take care of orders and clarify all relevant details.
Strategic buyer: You develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize costs, quality and delivery times.
Order processing: You prepare the orders, ensure smooth processing and check the deliveries for quality and completeness.
Supplier management and contract negotiations: You select suppliers, build long-term partnerships, maintain them and negotiate framework agreements.
Development of new styles: You will work on the development of new products and styles, contribute creative ideas and develop these further in collaboration with the team.

Your Profile:
Experience in the Leather Goods Industry: You have practical experience in purchasing, ideally in the leather goods sector, and are familiar with production and procurement processes.
Experience with ERP Systems: You have worked with ERP systems and are confident in their functionalities.
Excel Proficiency: You bring excellent knowledge of Excel to manage and analyze data effectively.
Team Leadership: You have extensive experience leading teams and possess outstanding leadership and social skills. Through your successful work as a manager, you’ve proven your ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams effectively.
Language Skills: Fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
