At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. As the Restaurant General Manager atGYG, you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations across multiple restaurants. You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your portfolios P&L. Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit. Salary is dependant on experience and results but starts at $85000.

Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
