Warehouse Manager

How you'll make an impact

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring performance targets are met and corrective actions are implemented when required
• Lead, coach, and develop team members through ongoing training and performance management, and foster a positive team culture
• Assign tasks and monitor work completion to ensure accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Manage employee relations issues and support disciplinary and corrective actions where necessary
• Plan, organize, and adjust staffing and scheduling to meet operational demands
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean methodologies, quality management processes, and cost control initiatives
• Ensure achievement of customer metrics, including quality and responsiveness
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards
• Maintain accurate operational reports and ensure adherence to process documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll bring to GXO

• Proven experience in a similar role within a logistics environment, including leading bigger teams
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems
• Knowledge of Lean methodology is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch, both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive mindset and strong ability to collaborate across teams
