Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned SAP PP/QM Functional Solution Architect to define end-to-end solutions for complex SAP manufacturing transformation programmes.

The role requires deep expertise in PP/QM along with strong experience in S/4HANA architecture, cross-module integration and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the end-to-end SAP PP/QM solution architecture for large-scale S/4HANA programmes.

- Establish the functional architecture and process framework for production planning and quality management.

- Lead architecture discussions with business, IT leadership and programme stakeholders.

- Design solutions across Discrete, Process and Repetitive Manufacturing environments.

- Define scalable solutions for MTS, MTO and complex manufacturing planning scenarios.

- Architect end-to-end integration between PP/QM and MM, SD and FI/CO.

- Evaluate existing business processes and define transformation opportunities for S/4HANA.

- Lead architecture decisions around MRP Live, Fiori-based processes and embedded QM.

- Drive solution blueprinting for greenfield and brownfield S/4HANA implementations.

- Lead enterprise-level fit-gap and solution design workshops.

- Define functional integration requirements for RICEFW and coordinate with technical architecture teams.

- Establish solution standards, governance and design principles for PP/QM.

- Review functional and technical designs to ensure architectural consistency.

- Provide direction for SIT/UAT strategy, cutover and go-live planning.

- Identify architectural risks, dependencies and potential gaps across the programme.

- Provide technical-functional leadership to PP/QM leads and consulting teams.

- Mentor functional teams and establish best practices across implementations.

- Support strategic decisions related to SAP manufacturing process transformation and future-state architecture.

Required Skills :

- 14+ years of strong SAP PP/QM experience.

- Extensive experience as an SAP PP/QM Solution Architect or equivalent senior functional role.

- Multiple end-to-end SAP implementations with significant S/4HANA transformation experience.

- Deep expertise in PP and QM processes across complex manufacturing environments.

- Strong knowledge of Discrete, PP-PI and Repetitive Manufacturing.

- Strong expertise in MTS/MTO planning strategies.

- Extensive cross-functional integration experience across PP/QM, MM, SD and FI/CO.

- Strong experience with S/4HANA architecture and innovations.

- Proven experience leading greenfield and brownfield transformation programmes.

- Strong expertise in solution blueprinting, fit-gap analysis and architecture governance.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills at business and leadership levels.

- Strong understanding of RICEFW architecture and technical integration.

- Experience leading large functional teams and multiple workstreams.

Good to Have :

- SAP PP/QM certification.

- Experience with global SAP transformation programmes.

- Exposure to SAP Fiori and modern S/4HANA UX.

- Experience defining enterprise SAP manufacturing roadmaps.

- Strong experience with manufacturing industry best practices
