B2B Sales Intern - DACH Market / Vienna & Berlin (m/f/d)

As one of the largest flexible living companies globally, we operate design-led homes and aparthotels across Europe and beyond, and we're growing fast in the German-speaking market, with a brand-new property just opening in Vienna and an expanding footprint in Berlin.

To fuel that growth, we're looking for a B2B Sales Internto help us open doors; literally and figuratively. You'll be at the front line of our commercial expansion in the DACH region, finding new companies to work with and building the partnerships that bring them through our doors.

What you'll do

• Hunt for new accounts.Research and build targeted lists of companies, relocation agencies, and organizations across the DACH market with mid- and long-term housing needs - then figure out the right person to reach.
• Run outbound prospection. Open conversations with new corporate accounts through LinkedIn and email (in German and English), and book discovery calls and property tours in Vienna and Berlin.
• Build partnerships.Support the development of new B2B relationships - relocation agencies, corporate mobility and HR teams, universities, and project-based employers - from first contact through to handover to the sales team.
• Become the local expert.Know our Vienna and Berlin properties and our corporate offer inside out, and tailor the pitch to what each account actually needs.
• Keep the pipeline healthy.Qualify inbound and outbound leads, keep the CRM clean and current, and help the team stay on top of every opportunity.
• Measure and report.Track outreach performance - response rates, meetings booked, opportunities created - and share what's working.
• Feed back the market.Spot competitor moves, demand signals, and new segments worth targeting, and bring that intelligence back to the team.

What you'll bring

• You're a current student or recent graduate, ideally in business, hospitality, real estate, or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in Germanis essential for this market; strong English is required, and other European languages are a plus.
• You're genuinely comfortable starting conversations with people you've never met cold outreach doesn't scare you.
• You're organized, proactive, and detail-oriented: you follow up, and you follow through.
• You're curious about real estate, hospitality, and flexible living, and Habyt's mission resonates with you.
• You thrive in a fast-moving startup environment where you build things without a well-worn path to follow.
