Product Manager

Join Hadrian, a company dedicated to rebuilding the American industrial base. As a Product Manager, you will define and own the product strategy and requirements, provide cross-functional leadership, and work closely with users to translate their workflows into clear software and hardware requirements. You will also synthesize and collaborate with core stakeholders to build the product roadmap and maintain a complete system approach to problem-solving.

Missions

Profil recherché

- Enthusiasm towards the mission of rebuilding the American industrial base

- Organization and ability to build processes and align diverse groups of stakeholders

- Experience synthesizing a variety of inputs into a product roadmap that ultimately achieves business objectives

- Ease in aligning and prioritizing cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and supply chain

- Proven ability to think critically about tactical challenges while also maintaining a clear long term strategic perspective

- Strong track record of delivering end-to-end success across complex hardware and software systems

- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3+ years of experience in hardware, software and/or robotics

- Familiarity with CNC Machining, additive manufacturing, MES/ERP systems, or factory automation preferred but not required

- Ability to assess the essence of the problem, provide a structured approach to finding solutions, and organization to align the team
