  • Support production by issuing raw materials according to pick lists and material requests.
  • Organise and coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time delivery using carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and freight providers.
  • Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy through cycle counts, variance investigations, and corrective actions.

  • Continuously optimise warehouse organisation and space utilisation.
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in line with 5S principles and safety requirements.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet trucks, and other warehouse tools.
  • Identify and report any unsafe conditions, equipment malfunctions, or operational issues promptly.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience handling domestic and international shipments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems; Oracle experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage urgencies, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong focus on quality, compliance, and workplace safety.
  • Forklift licence is an advantage.
  • Team player with a proactive and autonomous approach to work.
