Wir suchen

für unsere Konstruktion am Standort Waltershausen einen eingeschriebenen Stundenten (m/w/d) für eine Abschlussarbeit mit dem Titel

"Entwicklung einer Kabinenluftführung im Kommunalfahrzeug: kosteneffizient, strömungs- und funktionsoptimiert".

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ist-Stand-Analyse: Luftverteilung, Geräuschentwicklung, Kosten
  • Untersuchung zur Funktionsintegration
  • Optimale Nutzung des vorhandenen Bauraums mit Standardkomponenten
  • Analyse und Auswahl geeigneter Fertigungsverfahren
  • Konstruktion eines Gehäuses für ein Klimagerät mittels Solidworks
  • Durchführen von Strömungssimulationen mittels FlowSimulation
  • Messtechnische Evaluation der simulierten Luftverteilung an Prototypenteilen

Ihr Profil

  • Eingeschriebener Student/-in im Studiengang Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik
  • Geübter Umgang mit CAD-Anwendungen (Vorkenntnisse im SolidWorks wünschenswert)
  • Strukturierte Durchführung und Auswertung von Versuchen
  • Interesse am Themenbereich Fahrzeugentwicklung
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse für klare Verständigung im Team sowie zum sicheren Verständnis von Arbeitsanweisungen und Sicherheitshinweisen
